What is Intelligency?

Intelligency is a brand identity platform. You write a short brief about your company and it produces a logo, a colour palette, typography, messaging, mockups and a finished brandbook, in six connected stages. It is operated by Intelligency B.V., registered in Amsterdam with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 42159659.

Is this just another AI logo generator?

No. A logo generator stops at the mark. Intelligency continues through colour, typography, messaging, mockups and a brandbook, and each stage reads the decisions made in the ones before it, so the finished identity is internally consistent rather than assembled from unrelated pieces.

Do I own what it makes?

Yes. Subject to paying for them, you own the logo and brand assets generated for you and may use them commercially. Intelligency claims no ownership over your outputs.

Will my logo be unique?

It is not guaranteed. Generative systems can produce results resembling existing work, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. Intelligency does not warrant that any output is original, unique or free from third-party rights. Before using a mark commercially you should carry out your own trademark searches and take your own legal advice.

Can I trademark a logo made with Intelligency?

Trademark registration is a separate legal process and it is yours to pursue. Be aware that in many countries a purely AI-generated image may not attract copyright protection, because there is no human author. That is a matter of law rather than something Intelligency controls. If exclusive rights matter to you, take advice on registering a trademark.

Can I buy anything today?

Commissioned brand work, yes. A brand manager takes the brief and delivers a finished identity, and that is available today. The app and the marketplace are both opening shortly and are collecting email addresses in the meantime.

How much will it cost?

There is no subscription. Credits are bought in prepaid packs starting at 29 euro for 300 credits, and each generation draws down what it costs. Credits do not expire while your account is open. Packs go on sale when the app opens.

Can I get a refund?

Consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within fourteen days. That right is lost once you begin using the credits. Unused credits remain refundable within that window, and if a generation fails through a fault on our side the credits it consumed are returned.

What happens to my files if I stop paying?

Nothing is withdrawn. There is no subscription to lapse, and the assets you have generated and downloaded remain yours.

Who sees the images I upload?

Uploaded reference images are sent to the third-party AI providers that carry out generation, because that is how the generation happens. They are retained for thirty days and then deleted, while the record that an upload occurred is kept.

Will I need an account to buy a finished brand?

No. The marketplace sells complete identities outright at a fixed price, once each, and buying will not require an account. The brand is retired from sale once it sells. The marketplace opens shortly.
