What is Intelligency?

Intelligency is a brand-building company. There are three ways to get a brand from it: build it yourself in the Intelligency app, which produces a logo, colour palette, typography, messaging, mockups and a brand book from a short brief; buy a finished logo or brand from the marketplace; or have a brand manager make it with you. It is operated by Intelligency B.V., registered in Amsterdam with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 42159659.

Is the app an AI logo generator?

Yes, the logos are AI-generated. We work with several AI partners, each for the job it does best, and as the field moves on we keep switching to whichever performs best. Colour, typography and the brand book come from our own design system. And unlike a logo generator it does not stop at the mark: the same brief carries through colour, typography, messaging, mockups and a brand book, so the identity holds together as one system.

Which AI models does the app use?

Several: OpenAI, Ideogram, Recraft and xAI's Grok. Some do a single job and others several, depending on what each model is good at and the results we see from it. That work is never finished: as models improve, or don't, and as our prompting and system knowledge grow, we adjust which model does what, so every brand gets the best results available.

Can I use the app without design experience?

Yes. You start from one sentence about your company, the AI brief drafts the rest for you to correct, and Autopilot makes a set of logos from the formats you pick. If you get stuck, a brand manager can take over any stage, starting from what you made.

Can designers and agencies use the app?

Yes. Run every logo format and style at once, up to thirty of each, keep each client's brand separate, and hand over files, a one-pager and a brand book per client. There are no tiers, caps or cooldowns: credits are the only limit.

What does a credit buy?

One credit makes one logo or one mockup. The AI writing tools, from drafting your brief to drafting your messaging, are included at no extra charge, and so are the colour palettes, typography and the brand book.

Is there a limit on how many logos I can generate?

No hourly or daily limit and no cooldowns. A single Autopilot run takes every format and style you select, up to thirty of each, and large runs queue behind the scenes rather than stop. Credits are the only limit.

Do credits expire?

Each pack expires three months after you buy it, and credits are spent from the pack that expires first. Unused credits are refundable within fourteen days of purchase.

Can the app make a logo with my company's name?

Yes. The app makes wordmarks and lettermarks from your name, alongside pictorial, abstract, emblem and mascot marks, and you can edit any of them afterwards, from correcting the spelling to adjusting details.

Do I need a designer to get a professional brand?

Not if you can give it a little time: the app builds the logo, colour palette, typography, messaging, mockups and brand book from a short brief, and you pick what fits. If you would rather not do it yourself, buy a finished one from the marketplace or have a brand manager make it with you.

I can't describe the brand I want. Can I still use it?

Yes, that is what Intelligency is built around: you don't need the words, you choose from what you see. In the app each choice shapes the next stage, so your selections become the brief. In the marketplace you simply pick the one that feels right.

How quickly can I get a logo?

In the app, generation takes minutes: an Autopilot run makes about 250 logos in five, and the whole identity takes as long as you spend choosing. The marketplace has finished logos ready to use, with files delivered as soon as you buy.

Do I own what I make or buy?

Yes. Subject to paying for them, you own the logo and brand assets generated for you in the app and may use them commercially. A logo or brand bought from the marketplace is transferred to you outright. Intelligency claims no ownership over either.

Will my logo be unique?

A marketplace logo or brand is sold once and then removed, so nobody else can buy it from us. A logo made in the app is not guaranteed to be unique: generative systems can produce results resembling existing work, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. Intelligency does not warrant that any output is original, unique or free from third-party rights. Before using a mark commercially you should carry out your own trademark searches and take your own legal advice.

Can I trademark a logo from Intelligency?

Trademark registration is a separate legal process and it is yours to pursue. Be aware that in many countries a purely AI-generated image may not attract copyright protection, because there is no human author. That is a matter of law rather than something Intelligency controls. If exclusive rights matter to you, take advice on registering a trademark.

Can I buy anything today?

Work with a brand manager, yes: a brand manager takes the brief and delivers a finished identity, and that is available today. You can browse the marketplace now, and buying opens soon. The app is in early access: join the list and you are among the first in.

How much will it cost?

In the app there is no subscription. Credits are bought in prepaid packs starting at 29 euro for 300 credits, excluding VAT, and each generation draws down what it costs. Each pack expires three months after you buy it, and packs go on sale when the app opens. In the marketplace every logo and brand has its own fixed price. Work with a brand manager is quoted per project.

Can I get a refund?

For app credits, consumers in the EU have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within fourteen days. That right is lost once you begin using the credits. Unused credits remain refundable within that window. You are only charged for what is delivered, so a generation that fails costs nothing. A marketplace purchase is delivered immediately, and at checkout you agree to give up the cancellation right for it.

What happens to my files if I stop paying?

Nothing is withdrawn. There is no subscription to lapse, and the assets you have generated, bought and downloaded remain yours.

Who sees the images I upload?

Reference images uploaded to the app are sent to the third-party AI providers that carry out generation, because that is how the generation happens. They are retained for thirty days and then deleted, while the record that an upload occurred is kept.
