What we do not warrant
- Copyright. These marks are produced with AI assistance, and we make no warranty that copyright subsists in them or that it can be enforced against a copier. We remove the mark from sale; we cannot undo a copy somebody already took while it was here.
- Trademark. Whether you can register this in your territory and class is a question for a trademark attorney, and worth asking before you commit to it.
